The Women Mean Business Committee brings together women in the Perdido area to empower, support, and uplift one another through meaningful connection, collaboration, and community involvement. Our mission is to empower women by sharing professional experiences, building lasting business relationships, and supporting women-focused philanthropic efforts.
Each quarter, we try to host a variety of events designed to foster connection and personal growth while keeping things fun, fresh, and meaningful. Events typically range from structured networking to relaxed social gatherings, with something for everyone!

Signature Events Include:
- International Women’s Day Leadership Luncheon – celebrating local women leaders and inspiring action
- High Heel Classic Golf Scramble – a fun, ladies-only golf outing for all skill levels
- Jingle Mingle Holiday Social – a festive year-end celebration featuring our annual support of Secret Santa
- Sunset sails, casual mixers, and other unique gatherings – perfect for decompressing and building friendships with like-minded women
The committee is also passionate about giving back. Our philanthropic efforts unite us around greater causes, with past support benefiting local organizations such as FavorHouse of Pensacola, Centre for Excellence, Escambia County Sheriff Foundation’s Blazer Academy, and as well as annually supporting Secret Santa. Through our events, we come together not only to empower each other but to make a positive impact in our community. Since 2023, our Women Mean Business Committee has raised over $2,000 for our local non-profits.
