What: Local author Sandra Davis will discuss her book 'So What's a Nice Girl Like You Doing in a Place Like This? Seoul To Saigon.'
Books will be available for sale and for signing. Ms. Davis' experiences as a young girl in the U.S. Army Special Services in Korea in 1964, eleven years after a war and in Vietnam in 1967 during the war. Perdido Bay Youth Sports Association (PBYSA) is proud to announce Perdido Key Area Chamber of commerce will be the Title Sponsor of the 2nd Annual Perdido Springfst and Fair. This will be held at the Liberty Church at 2221 S. Blue Angel Parkway. There will be 5 days of full-blown carnival rides & games by James Gang Amusements, concessions, live entertainment and a vendor marketplace.
Admission is free. Tickets for rides and unlimited ride wristbands will be sold at the event. There will be military discounts given every day. Discount coupons will be available from participating sponsors.

300 volunteers will be visiting the Pensacola Bay Area to give back to the local community through projects at the Pensacola Lighthouse and Bayou Texar. Volunteers will be painting and landscaping the historic Pensacola Lighthouse and Museum. Registraton cost is $59 which includes a welcome reception at Seville Quarter on March 29, breakfast, lunch and dinner on March 30 as well as a post-party with beer and wine at the Landshark Landing (850)434-1234
